[Inx] Is linm included?

It appears that linm is no longer in Ubuntu - so when I built inx-lucid
of course it did not get installed. It might be possible to grab the
source code and make a new package of it, but I'm not sure that it's a
priority, since I doubt that many people use it anyway.

Of course, various parts of the menu system will have to be adjusted if
it is missing. My gut feeling is that mc is more important though...

I will consider the points you raise in your other post, but this is
just a quick reply about 'linm'.
