[Inx] Is linm included?

Hi Peter,

Are you including the filemanager linm in this version of inx?  I'm
asking because in going through the inx menus, I have come across
errors relating to linm.  I see it is not in /usr/bin, nor is there a
man page for it, but I find it in scripts and mentioned in other
documentation besides the man pages.

If you like, I can give you a list of file names where I have found
it. I just used grep ;)
