[Inx] IRC de-listed from INX website

Hi all,
Since 2008 #inx on Freenode has been the home of chat for INX but I have 
just removed it from the home page for two reasons.

The main reason is the recent politics happening on Freenode which leads 
me to think the network may not be the best home going forwards and is 
causing me to reconsider IRC entirely.
The second - a sort of supporting reason - is that the INX channel was 
last used 5 (almost 6) years ago and doesn't seem worth re-creating on a 
different IRC network or other chat protocol.

I don't have access to drop the channel directly so later today I will 
be ask Freenode staff to drop it.
