That's very strange. INX 1.17 should definitely have the tutorials.
Sounds like perhaps a few of the scripts failed to install, but I can't
see why that would happen.

What happens, if anything, if you type "tutorial" at a prompt?
The tutorial itself should be in /usr/local/lib/inx/tutorial, with a
symlink to it, in /usr/local/bin.

Puzzling...
