[Inx] Shoutcast site broken for plait/random radio

Hi,

Just to let you all know...

The nice people at Shoutcast have re-designed classic.shoutcast.com
with the result that the 'plait' script used in INX can no longer
search shoutcast. *sigh*

This means "Random Radio" is now useless.
