Yes, some good info - but you don't really need to do all this any
more, because INX now has the 'inxusb' option included, as from
unstable-1.15. 

Or, for 1.1 or later, just use the script from
http://inx.maincontent.net/inxusb

The zipped casper-rw images could be convenient though, if you want to
boot the CD with 'persistent' via F6 from the CD boot screen as
described on the 'help' page you linked, as opposed to just using a USB
stick with a built-in casper-rw.
