[Inx] Update...

This is a brief update on the state of INX.

The main change has been that I have moved all the "functions" out
of /usr/local/bin to /usr/local/lib/inx/

This of course does not change the way the code works - but I have
always felt a bit uncomfortable about having separate function files
sitting around in /usr/local/bin , so I decided to move them. All files
in /usr/local/bin are now executables.

Other recent work has been mainly cosmetic - I have indented most of
the menus by 2 spaces, because it looks better not having them butted up
against the left edge of the screen. Unfortunately this also opened up
a whole field of "interesting" issues with regard to making the output
of various commands *also* indent 2 spaces so as not to look
completely "wrong" ... still fiddling with that.

The main menu will soon have a more generic entry for access to discs,
with choices for USB and hard drives.

There is now an option for choosing preferred editor ( it's just
"update-alternatives --config editor " , but with a menu number entry).

The tutorials need a (mainly visual) overhaul, but I have put that off
until the other stuff is working as desired.

You are probably aware of the extra item in the "fun" menu :) Thanks,
bimberi, for the inspiration ;-)

Comments and suggestions welcome, as always, as are bug reports, of
course.
